Really poor gel nails chipped in less than 24h. Made an appointment on Saturday at Clapham junction. When I arrived there was only I staff, the receptionist had to take over painting a ladies toenails! Lots of people left waiting for their appointment. 15 mins later a lady turned up and started doing my nails. She didn’t really know what she was doing and was very slow. She painted up to and on my cuticles. The polish is bubbled and chipped on 2 of the nails after just one day. The salon was also quite ramshackle with poor facilities (pedicure done in a bucket?) I’m very dubious about all the 5 star reviews tbh. definitely will not be coming back here. They also only have shellac colours so not much choice vs other salons.

Sandra is amazing, she is super bubbly and we always have a great chat when I get a treatment with her. The Brazilian wax was perfectly done so I will come again and book her especially!
