I went there a couple of days ago to get my nails done - gel nail extension - and I told the woman who was doing it how I wanted it done and she did not do what I asked her to. After a while trying to explain how I would’ve liked it I just gave up as she couldn’t understand. I paid for it but did not really leave the salon very happy. Although the service was lovely. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience if I ever go back there again.

Unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied with my waxing experience as I was left with painful red marks over my legs and bikini line where a layer of skin had been removed. I attempted to call to provide feedback and seek advice on what to do to alleviate the discomfort and was told I would be called back with an explanation but this never occurred. This is not great customer service
