only a couple of bikini waxes previously at other places.had to explain that I was not having a full Hollywood wax - trying to explain the shape was awful - massive language barrier and i almost walked out as she was at first understanding the opposite. legs were fine, bikini & armpit wax ended with many hairs left which i had to request she remove with tweezers but she just couldn't see all, so gave up, even though massive patches under arm. bikini wax left my skin sore and peeling.

Clean, friendly salon - Sandra did a great job on my manicure and pedicure, and the pedicure is still going strong over a week later.

Beautician was really rude, sassy and unhygienic. Whilst I was dressing at the end she didn’t leave me to get dressed in peace but started relaying the room to save her self time (fair enough) but when she re rolled the towel I have used to cover my modesty and put it back on the bed for the next person to use I was actually disgusted. Wouldn’t return. Also received a text from the salon asking me to vote for her as the next waxer in London. Considering she left patches all over my legs I thought it was a joke!
