The staff hardly speak English and didn’t listen to my request of colour. I had to ask for towels to be changed. I doubt utensils are sterilised. Below average service.

I had the worst experience, my therapist was 20 minutes late, then when she eventually started my leg waving she missed half of my leg and 7 or 8 times I had to point out places she’d missed. With my nails, she was careless and was so rough with my nails some of them started to bleed...I would never recommend going
