The 'tailored' facial I received was average. My consultation was all of 30 seconds long and the beautician didn't really explain what she was going to do. she did mention 'extractions' which I assumed would be done with a tool or machine but it was actually just quite painfully squeezing my pores which left me with a bright red nose for a few days. Even with the 20% last minute discount, at £42 I wasn't impressed with the treatment. Shame because the salon is great for nails.

A truly wonderful experience - excellent attention to detail. The therapist had a very caring nature and adapted the treatment as I needed. I’ll be booking another treatment within the month!
