Nice staff and nice salon with good colours and most of my nails were fine but one chipped the day after having it done. I’ve been getting gel nails for years and this is the first time this has happened, my gels normally last for at least 3 weeks! I phoned the next day to see if it could be fixed and she (reluctantly) agreed but tried to tell me it was because my nail was too short (I really don’t think this is the case and it also made me feel a bit “nail-shamed”. She also said I could only come until 3pm which just wasn’t convient.

Making a booking is a nightmare every single time! If I had not prebought a 4-session package I would have long given up!
There are only 2 ladies I would trust to wax, Sandra and Eva, as others have burnt/ripped off skin.
I have now started calling ahead to double check I get them as often they ignore my request and book others for me which I only discover on arrival. Last time I did the receptionist refused to put me through to the right branch and confirmed the wrong person!
