Overall, the manicure was good. When I arrived I realised the nail tech hadn't worked in the salon previously, she wasn't informed as to where to find things, which meant the appointment overran by about half an hour. I appreciate she was new however, if I knew that I would have pushed back plans after the appointment or booked a different nail tech. Overall the treatment was good and nails were finished nicely.
Treatment by Beauty-Therapist
Booked a couples massage for myself and my partner, was not informed prior to the appointment that it was in separate rooms which kind of defeated the point. Slight delay in time but that was fine the therapist was just over running. Therapist was great and had a wonderful massage just not really what I had booked!
Great massage. Room was a bit cold and wasn’t offered a towel but other than that it was all great. Would go again.
