I've had great experiences here before so this is just a one off. Monica was a bit forceful with the wax, I felt like I was getting told off and was made to hold my legs/stomach while she was waxing which I haven't had to do before so obviously didn't expect to have to do this. After she was finished and I was on the table (with no underwear on) she opened the door really wide and someone else was on the otherside so likely saw me. No tact used at all and left feeling really disappointed.
