The room was very untidy but the staff were lovely. Maybe I just went on a bad day!
Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my experience here. I arrived 20 minutes early and was made to feel that this was far too early! So didn't feel welcome. I left to return at the time of my appointment, which was then delayed 10 minutes. The staff seemed very unprofessional and were unsure of what I was actually having done! One woman started to prepare for an eyebrow tint, when I had booked for an eyelash tint! (I had already explained this to them.)
When the time came for my treatment, no patch test was done and no instruction was given as to what I was to do. They didn't even take my coat! Luckily, I have had my eyelashes tinted before and know the procedure. After 10 minutes the dye was removed with baby wipes! Again, I'm no expert but feel this was unprofessional. Eyes stinging a little, I quickly said goodbye and left.
The woman who dealt with me was lovely and friendly. The treatment itself was done in one of the back rooms it was a little rushed and uncomfortable and I didn't notice any results at the end. Just sensitivity to my teeth. Overall result was disappointing.
