i booked and arrived on time and was asked to come back later because they couldn’t accommodate me despite having a booking. after the haircut they didn’t even do styling or cleaning off the hair from my face and when he removed the salon gown the hair fell all over the seat and my clothes. felt very rushed and dissatisfied and awkward being there
