The overall experience was great and pampering. I really enjoyed the shampoo as it was very relaxing. The cut was great: I asked for a bixie that I could tuck behind my ears and was very pleased with the result. Great cut, layers, and volume. Very satisfied :)

Had my hair done with Stella and he was friendly and attentive. I wanted a shade of brown that will cancel out the yellowness from my previous bleach, he helped me pick out the right shade. Only comment is that I wished the package came with styling.
