I am trying to grown my hair out and it was a bit of a mess. Sophie listened to me and then gave me an excellent cut - making sure I could still put it back in a very small pony tail as I requested!. My hair looks a million times better and even after my first wash & dry myself it still looks good.
Sophie had a lovely friendly manner and she really cut my hair well. I am delighted.
