The salon was undergoing refurbishment, but the staff coped so well with the disturbance and noise, working, as usual, to the best of their ability with ease. Fabulous cut and blow dry by Claire who took the time to give me advice on future cuts/colour. Have already booked in with her again.

Unfortunately I attended late (5-10 mins) was advised I chose on the app for short hair (I have medium length). I made a mistake. However I didn’t receive my £15 deposit back and the staff member was very abrupt and hostile felt very disappointed
