It was a glorious foot and leg massage. Great pressure. Personally I would have loved to know more about what areas of the foot link to different areas of the body. So I wouldn’t call it a reflexology massage tbh as I was hoping for more theory.

The massage table is in quite a cramped space, but the massage was incredible. Kai was excellent: she checked in with me frequently to make sure the massage wasn't too intense. She was very skilled and I left feeling utterly relaxed. I would definitely recommend her. She's kind, attentive and really knows her stuff.
