Do not recommend. Asked for a brown balayage and came out with hair that was more akin to 90s looking grown out yellow highlights on my virgin black hair.
After my hair was bleached, it was straightened right away with no heat protector and without the hair dresser consulting me on this.
I also paid for a haircut as part of my treatment which I didn’t receive.
I was told my current cut was wonky (it wasn’t - it was simply thinned out). Want my money (and my healthy hair) back!!!!
