First time I’ve been here and I was long overdue a cut. Megan was lovely, she talked me through what I should, and shouldn’t, have. She took on board my thoughts and cut it exactly as we agreed.

Rachel was lovely to engage with, she took good care of my nails and explained the steps as she was cleaning, filing and adding the BIAB. I put 4 stars for the experience as with the nail desk being based in a hair salon it was quite noisy and I found it a bit hard to have a good conversation with Rachel as I am deaf. But this is no fault on anyone and the overall experience was still really great!

I wish I could give more stars! Amazing service, thorough consultation about how style change could work. Left feeling confident and so happy with style change decision. Cherie is so kind and thoughtful, even when I am dealing with menopausal hair loss, she boosts your spirits with ideas and products to use to combat this stage in life. Happy Hair=Happy Lady x
