The staff at Soho are all really friendly and chatty and welcoming as you arrive. Thomas was great and knew exactly what it was I wanted in regards to lightening my hair and which colour toner it was best to go for too. He was also very informative about treatment's to help my hair. I'm really pleased with how my hair turned out and will continue to use Soho 😀
