Being a more mature lady who does not like to look as though I had never seen a hairdresser in years. (I have short fine hair but it was totally out of shape, thick at back, finer on top) I was exasperated with myself every morning trying not to scare the scarecrows away. Just entering SOHO I felt overjoyed. Jennifer shaped my hair to suit my face,nice chat and confirming I was OK with it. I have been a very happy bunny, enjoying getting ready and feeling good!!!!!! cant wait to go back
