They were running very late and the receptionist claimed to have called me to change my appt time but she hadn't. She had actually called another client with the same name... treatment itself was great but this is the second time (out of two visits) that they have tried to move my appt on the day of it...poor

This salon is in a great location in the heart of Soho. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and treatment wasn't great. My treatment started around 10 minutes late, with very little communication about pressure etc. The massage itself was okay. Could be improved with better music, nicer oils, and the reception/other staff not being so loud outside the treatment rooms, which did spoil the relaxation vibe.

Annoyingly they called me 2 hours before my appt telling me there was a clash as another customer had booked the same appt time through the website. They insisted this was not their fault but it was very irritating as the whole reason I booked the wax at that time was so fit into my lunch break. The treatment itself was good
