There was a bit of confusion with my appointment time but Soho Skin made lots of effort to reach me beforehand to allow me to select another appointment. When I got there both the receptionist and therapist were very accommodating; and I was super nervous as it was my first ever bikini wax, but I know that I am never going back to shaving now! Through out the treatment - even though it was incredibly painful!! - the therapist was really kind and chatty. I would highly recommend this little gem and will 100% be back next time. Thanks have a great xmas :) Louise
