This was my first time at the salon and despite it's bright pink interior it wasn't the experience I was hoping for. The first thing that I noticed was that the waxing room floor was very dirty. The waxing experience itself was poor. The therapist didn't make any attempt at conversation nor did she ask me if the temperature was alright. I clocked her double dipping the spatula a few times. I'm incredibly disappointed with my wax as it was a patchy job for both the Hollywood and underarm.
