Kiki didn’t even finish to color my hair and then rain off to take care of another costumer. One side looks different than the other. She charged me an extra 25£ for a toner that was essential for a Balayage but was not mentioned on the Website. She told me a blow dry would be an extra 20£ even thought I already payed a 100£ for the service.

Double time - There were delays as Kiki was working on several customers at the same time. I was left for 2 hours with the colour developing.
Colour - I selected dark brown, came out black. I hoped after the first wash it would tone itself but to no avail.
Kiki - Kiki was friendly but felt rushed. She burned me with the hair dryer couple of times and could not get the water temp right.
I was given some prosecco - a nice gesture but I won't return I am afraid, mainly due to the colour.
