I booked an appointment at the last minute and when I got there, Kiki was still on another appointment so I had to wait for 40 mins to start. She also kept on disappearing from the salon to buy snacks which wasn't very professional. She cut my hair shorter than expected and when I got home, it was uneven in the middle part, and the layers were also not equal, so I had to go and get it fixed somewhere else. I found Kiki's service done unprofessionally, although she seems very kind and friendly.

I’ve just the best haircut I've had in a very long time. Kiki seemed to tune in quickly and intuitively to what suited me after listening closely -she cuts quickly and has a very clear artistic eye……rare thing. The surroundings though are very much a work in progress with a bright future yet to come I’m sure, but this did nothing to detract from the quality of her work. Excellent! I won’t hesitate to go again(although maybe best to check ahead that things are running on time )

The best hair cut I’ve had in a long time! It looks really elegant and chic. I have washed my hair and ruined the wonderful blow dry I got at the salon but the cut is so great, it was actually easy to restyle.
I had a really fun time, chatting with Kiki, her friend and other customers. There is a really nice atmosphere, that is not always found in other places.
