I was so impressed by Julie's service, rebooked but on arrival I was informed the manicurist would be Jess. Jess was super professional and lovely but the Gel layer turned out to be v.thin resulting in chips on all nails 1 week later 😭

This was my first time at So, Elnaz was lovely and listened to what I wanted. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My nails are lovely, she was often checking with me whether I was happy with the shape and the colour. Definitely will come back!
