Saddaf was so lovely and the massage was amazing. I have specific trouble with my shoulder and she really focused there and it feels much better already. The room was so calming and it was a very relaxing experience. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Lovely and relaxing facial.
Saddaf was very knowledgeable and friendly.
At one point i even fell asleep - that is a compliment in itself as i never normally do that.

The actual massage was mostly fine. I expected a full body massage to have included my arms, hands and the fronts of my shoulders which this did not.
She upsold a 'facial massage' as an add on prior to the appointment and we had a misunderstanding over this. Face massage vs, facial with a massaging feel. I have senstitive skin and would never book a facial. This wouldn't have been a problem if she's asked about skin type etc. before she started but she didn't, which I think is bad practice.
