They seemed like nice girls but they really need to put some work in. The venue was definitely not clean, it was quite dirty actually and no sanitising the tools. The girl that did my nails, had 0 customer service skills any just looked like she wasn’t bothered by anything. I felt uncomfortable when people were coming in because there was no customer service whatsoever. My nails looks pretty horrible, they are not straight, totally skew, all look different and the gel bubbles up.
