I had an eyelashes lift treatment. It did not work well as it made no difference at all. The beautician offered another free session to fix it but I was charged the full price again when I did not show up. When I contacted her about it, she replied that I was charged 100% of the price because a no show policy was applied. Fair enough. However last time I checked, 100% of 0£ is still 0£ and not 65£.
Also she ignored my messages which I found rude.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
