The actual place is really nice, can not fault the manager. She was so lovely and tried to step in when she could. However my nail technician was horrendous. Firstly absolutely rude, no communication with me. On closer inspection at home my nails are very patchy. Customer services have arranged for me to have them fixed. I have never had such bad service getting my nails and feet done. She didn't even do a final inspection has she done thisIshe would have noticed she left polish on my finger.
