Appointment was very rushed, both therapists barely speak English. They've got confused with the bookings so one has started my with my nails and in a few minutes shifted me to another lady. When removing my extensions she has damaged my nail plates on a few fingers, one so badly it really hurt. Manicure very poor, all nails different shape and length, polish not even and over the cuticles. It seems that salon works on a moto quantity not quality and doesn't care to keep regular clients.

Amy was very friendly and welcoming, I really love the shape and finish of my nails. The salon looked great and was very relaxing to be in.
