Very lovely lady who did the removal. Didn’t fill out any forms regarding the laser and hadn’t been asked if I’d had it before which is unusual.

Therapist was late and then rushed the treatment (8 minutes!) and was very haphazard. Probably the worst IPL treatment I’ve ever had.

it's a cosy place to go, and the treatment is good as well. The therapy is providing professional service. However, the treatment is too short to have it, just like 15 minutes. I would like to advice give more time to client if it need it.
