Although the massage itself was good and a facial was included, it was very hot that day so the therapist put the fan on for the entirety of the massage. This was noisy and not relaxing. The main issue though was the lack of cleanliness in the salon. Dirt on the floor and surfaces plus black hairs on the towels. Unfortunately wouldn't return for that reason despite the therapist being friendly and accommodating.

Pleasant visit, not the most organised salon but great treatment, had a lycon hot Hollywood wax, staff member was really nice and checked if I was happy before finishing.

After reading some reviews I rung up after I had made my booking on treatwell and they hadn't received it so I had to book another time on the phone which wasnt a problem.
