Frankly I’m appalled that they even charged for what I received. I had booked a CND gel manicure, walked in and the salon was totally silent - no music in the background, tv, no other customers. There was a waxing tub just casually on the counter of a hair station fresh used wooden stick draped over the top, the top of the uv light was filthy, there was a phone just casually charging in the manicure station. The lady providing the treatment didn’t speak to me at all, which sometimes is totally fine however with no background noise it was just awkward. The colour (teal) was applied 3 times (the third at my request) and was applied so thinly you can see my nail beds underneath still. No removal of cutical, nails were dehydrated though, no hand massage afterward (All of which was part of the manicure described on site). I understood at that point it wasn’t a manicure just a straight shellac, when it was time to pay I thought I’d only be charged 10 pounds as advertised, I was charged 12. When querying why, apparently because I had booked through Treatwell and they have to give them twenty thirty percent. There is colour up and over my cuticles and my hands look a mess. I’m so disappointed.

Reshma was extremely friendly and kept checking I was happy with things. The treatment was shellac application not a full manicure but this was fine for the price. They have limited colours for the shellac which is a bit disappointing however the end result was good. The salon is smaller than it seems and they are very popular on a Saturday so bear that in mind when booking. They are popular for waxing and threading and are not really set up to be a nail salon or do nail treatments.
