Noor should have told me they would be clusters, as I thought they would be individual lashes. The clusters only cover 2/3 of my eyelids so I look bald on the inner part of my eyelids. The Treatwell offer Said it usually costs £30 & this offer was £20 at snippers, but when she asked for the £20 cash, she pointed out that there was a summer offer on the window for the same eyelash extension & the summer offer was £15, but I had to pay the treatwell price of £20!! Worse lashes I’ve ever had!!

Initially the advertisement was for individual eyelashes after travelling an hour to the venue they were infact clusters did not use them left.

The wax itself was great , Noor was really thorough and quick! I read mixed reviews but I must say I had absolutely zero problems. The cleanliness is perfectly fine , it is just an old building.
Will definitely be coming back as a regular !
Also had my eyebrows done which were fab
