I don’t even know where to start but basically I booked an appointment at 16:45 to get a facial of 45 minutes.
I was excited to try a new beauty salon around my area. I arrived there like at 16:40 and the store was closed I was knocking the door for 5 minutes and I was about to call but suddenly she came out to open the door for me and she said that she sent me a notification (which was a lie) it was saying that my appointment was cancelled because she had other person at the same time, I was fuming I didn’t understand how you can have 2 people at the same time and why if she had other person she didn’t block that time! And the worst part she was arguing with me saying that is not her fault and asking me to call Treatwell to give me my money back and calling her manager (all this happened in the middle of her treatment with the other customer I was so shocked), then she apologise and she asked me to wait 15 min (which finally were 25 min) and I accept it.
Later in my treatment she didn’t say anything about my skin, no advise, she wasn’t telling me the products that she was applying on my face, NOTHING.
The facial was not bad, and it was 45 min but her hands were with garlic smell and that was a bit uncomfortable.
I’m definitely not coming back.
