When I arrived the shop was closed, I had to wait outside for 20 minutes for them to arrive. The shop was dirty and dusty and hair was on the floor from the day before. I booked In for half a head of highlights and I don’t feel she knew what she was a doing. I have had my hair highlighted so many times before so I could tell it wasn’t right as she was doing it. After applying three foils, I asked to leave as I didn’t trust them doing my hair correctly.
