The wax was thorough but took way longer and was more uncomfortable than when I used to get the treatment here with the previous owner, maybe it was an issue with the technique being used. I have been left with cuts from the eyebrow threading which are sore and had to remove stray hairs after.

This was truly the worst wax of my life. The place is very dirty, with towels of old wax and hair all over the floors. General up keep of the place is very tired. The lady was 15 minutes late for my appointment time. It was meant to be an underarm and Hollywood but I left after my underarms because it was so painful and took so long to do just one area. She was a nice enough lady but maybe needs some additional training. I am never a complainer but this has truly shocked me.
