Went in for a blowdry , ended up getting full face wax too, the lady who done my waxing burnt my face and left me with red sore scabs the next morning. She also washed my hair before the blowdry and should not be washing hair as she didn’t know how to. I still had shampoo and conditioner in my hair and was not a thorough shampoo either, she did not put the shampoo on properly and should definitely not be washing hair, the blowdry was okay however due to left shampoo and conditioner its poor.

During the facial she pork cream in my eye and my eye was burning. Also while she was doing my facial treatment staff keep coming in and out so didn’t have any privacy. I would never go again
