Shocking Experience. Whilst my technician was very polite and followed the correct guidelines the finished result wasn't perfect. I was sat with the walk-in ladies who interrupted my technician every five minutes which took her twice as long to complete. Very disorganised and when complete was inaccurately advised that I owed more money that I had already paid by trying to say I had a more superior service. I had already booked the luxury service.
