i’ve been coming here a few times. the first time was excellent however, the last two times were just ok/ subpar. I felt the wax could’ve have been done better on both occasions. they really try to accommodate.

My eyebrows were done by Kajal ! She was amazing she knew the right shape for my face shape and done my eyebrows so well! Was very happy with the outcome she is super welcoming and makes you comfortable instantly. Recommended Kajal!

I was there for over an hour, wasn't offered a drink, and was only spoken to when she asked what I wanted. I tried to make conversation but was shut down with 1 anser, so I didn't bother to continue. Staff were talking to eachothrt. The girl was saying that my appointment time went over, I felt bad and gave her £10 tip. I won't be going back.
