I was there for over an hour, wasn't offered a drink, and was only spoken to when she asked what I wanted. I tried to make conversation but was shut down with 1 anser, so I didn't bother to continue. Staff were talking to eachothrt. The girl was saying that my appointment time went over, I felt bad and gave her £10 tip. I won't be going back.
