Booked for 9:30 but was told to wait 10-15 mins, I waited for over 30 mins whilst others were seen, another hairdresser was sweeping floor hair from the day before
DO NOT BOOK at 9:30 l overheard them say we open at 9:30 but don't really start until 9:45
They were confused about my booking l corrected them politely 4 times they argued at each other about bad booking/organising/who was doing what
I booked a blow dry but she asked 'you don't want a proper one do you?' It was no good
