Asked for simple trim of my long hair which is one length. Been there before and was good value. Everything was great until I got home and my family and friends noticed straight away that it’s cut crooked (up and down). So upset as got 7cms off it but will need more to correct. Booked in to another hairdresser later this week I estimate another 2cms to correct :-(

The stuff wasn't friendly at all,the lady who had done my hair kept the colour for a bit long time and the hear turn up darker then I wanted, however I thought because it's a new colour will wash off, well it didn't....
