Worst than I could imagine or expect!
For a bright grey baleyage on long hair and haircut... What I was told is that will take between 4 and 6 hours and costs between £100 to £170. The time was OVER 9 HOURS and the result way far from what I asked, and of course, the maximum of £170 charged!! It was not properly bleached, ALL yellow and orange (not only the packs that were previously coloured). The final colour: dark grey with yellow and brown. And guess what? I am supposed to go again for the colour that I asked (and charge again) because she could not do it from the first time, in all those 9h!! I have done researches and I found out that it is clear that she, KRISTINA, has no ideea of what I asked (even though she said that she has done it before and knows how). From that dark colour is impossible to reach that bright grey in only one more attempt! I got home late and all my bones stack and in pains, was nothing relaxing or satisfying overthere! All was a experiment, a fail of £170! Lot of money and time wasted! Shame on you!
