Nice place and great service! I was offered tea, coffee or water as soon as I arrived.
In terms of nail treatment, I have tried many places in London before and I must say I have never had my nails done with such care, they look amazing! She was really professional, very lovely, and you can tell that she is passionate about what she does and about making her clients feel great and satisfied.

Since I have been already once and they had a record of my last colour, I went again to get my roots done. The girl was nice but definitely she had no idea how to find the right colour for my roots. She was asking me. I ended up with reddish roots in blondish hair , it took 2 hrs appointment just for my roots done, and at the end I had to ask for a wipe to clean the dye stains around my face and forehead. I did myself and I left with red stains. Unprofessional experience, I am already looking to find another place to fix the mess they left me with.
