I booked to have my roots coloured via Treatwell. I have a few greys on one side of my hair and the odd grey hair in a few places. I don’t use colour in my hair all over but as most places won’t just colour a small patch in my hair I have my roots done.
The hairdresser doing my hair was very friendly, but after colouring my hair and washing it she said she will have to charge me a additional £5.00 as she put extra product in my hair. Which is fine but I only booked for roots so she should of checked with me beforehand whether I wanted the extra colour or not and given me a choice! She put in a position that I had no choice but to pay it. My hair is lighter at the bottom and because she put the colour all over my hair, my hairs gone jet black all over which I never asked for.
I’ve been to this place few times and staff are very nice and helpful but there is always confusion around prices so I won’t be going back anymore.
