Since I have been already once and they had a record of my last colour, I went again to get my roots done. The girl was nice but definitely she had no idea how to find the right colour for my roots. She was asking me. I ended up with reddish roots in blondish hair , it took 2 hrs appointment just for my roots done, and at the end I had to ask for a wipe to clean the dye stains around my face and forehead. I did myself and I left with red stains. Unprofessional experience, I am already looking to find another place to fix the mess they left me with.

I honestly have to say that firstly the service was amazing, Sarah honestly took care of me from start to finish - super welcoming, finding common conversation to chat by and with my hair she took so much care by giving an amazing head massage and understanding exactly what I wanted done - also the green tea was a bonus 😅 I will now be a loyal customer of Sarah! Thank you so much again, I was so worried about graduation now I feel confident!!
