Hair Styling and Updos
I was expecting a hot wax but only found out at the shop that is not the case. the room where they are doing the treatment is like a small closet. The lady was not looking confident enough when waxing and I am pretty sure she doesnt know what she was doing as she was pulling my strips in the hair direction not otherwise, as a waxing supposed to be done. Wax was cold, but she was still blowing on it as its too warm. One of the worst waxing I had, not going back. Better doing myself at home then going back there.

Had my hair coloured and although I'm not totally dissatisfied with the result I'm not also completely pleased. I don't have the colour I chose and will have to colour again.
Maybe when booking hair colouring staff should make some enquiries before hand just to be safe.
I'm not even complaining about the £25 extra I payed to have my hair bleached because I was informed and agreed. I just wished I had knowb that the colour I wished wouldn't be possible in my hair tone so I didn't have to choose some other in a few minutes and under pressure.
