First time at the salon and I will be back again. Very polite staff, my hair was cut the way I wanted it and I highly recommend Valentine.

Truly the friendliest salon I have been to in my local area for a number of years. The senior stylist/manager came and chatted to me as did other members of staff. The horrible yellow, brassy bleached hair I walked in with (another salon’s mistake) was rehighlighted in places and toned down. I was offered tea/coffee more than once and the overall the ambience was relaxing. Will certainly be back in a few weeks!

First time visit for a wash, cut and blowdry. I think Tunde was my hairdresser. Appointment started on time. She offered me a drink and took my coat. We discussed what I wanted done before washing my hair, with a short head massage. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted when I went in but I was very happy with the result. For someone who finds going to the hairdresser this was pretty comfortable.

I left with a fantastic haircut and style, the staff were all very friendly and my hair stylist Sarah was great. Will definitely be going back. It was wonderful not to feel at all rushed. I was also very impressed with the welcoming and relaxed environment throughout the wonderfully decorated salon. Thank you very much 😀
