Friendly staff as always. Krystyna took the time to describe the rationale behind what colours would be best for my hair dye and whyabd the process of lightening my colours in the future. She went the extra mile to show me photos of a style which may suit me in the future.

Started with one member of the family .... now got at least seven going there with different requirements but all done to over and above the expected results !

Hair Colouring
Worst than I could imagine or expect!
For a bright grey baleyage on long hair and haircut... What I was told is that will take between 4 and 6 hours and costs between £100 to £170. The time was OVER 9 HOURS and the result way far from what I asked, and of course, the maximum of £170 charged!! It was not properly bleached, ALL yellow and orange (not only the packs that were previously coloured). The final colour: dark grey with yellow and brown. And guess what? I am supposed to go again for the colour that I asked (and charge again) because she could not do it from the first time, in all those 9h!! I have done researches and I found out that it is clear that she, KRISTINA, has no ideea of what I asked (even though she said that she has done it before and knows how). From that dark colour is impossible to reach that bright grey in only one more attempt! I got home late and all my bones stack and in pains, was nothing relaxing or satisfying overthere! All was a experiment, a fail of £170! Lot of money and time wasted! Shame on you!
