I took my little Benni, 4 yo for a pre-booked haircut yesterday. Timing wasn’t great as there was a lady in the middle of a Brazilian blow dry treatment which made the air in the salon ‘toxic’ to breathe for the kids. Krystyna managed the situation with professionalism and came up with a solution quickly. We are so pleased to have her back !!
