I ruined my hair by bleaching myself, because I didn't trust hairdressers for various bad experiences.. I was forced to look for an expert.
After days of research, on Saturday I found this salon "SNIP 'N' SHAPE, which at first sight I felt that in the air there was good atmosphere and I noticed a good collaboration between colleagues.
Cristina has gentle manners, a straightforward personality, she explained to me well all the steps before starting, I felt myself in good hands from the beginning.
Thanks to her who took care of repairing the damage and completely changed my look.
I regained my confidence and self-esteem.

Only visit if you live local or don't have another option.
Staff is not acknowledging you upon arrival, literally looks through you and goes out to smoke.
Only 1 staff member was professional on my visit, she asked another colleague to look after me after the other one walked out from the salon.
Overall a bad experience, blow dry ok, nothing exciting, even had to ask to go through my hair with a hair straightener as blow dry technique itself wasn't satisfying.
Not a happy environment, majority of staff has no people skills and not well trained.
